Happy Halloween, everyone! This year, I decided to make a simple wallpapered room in photoshop using the perspective transform tool.

So here's who we have for costumes:
Dr. Light as Plug Man
George W. Bush as Tornado Man
Dr. Wily was dressed as Magma Man, but his costume was too realistic.
Tetris Man as Jewel Man
Bass as Splash Woman
Anubusjr as Bass (Don't ask how he fits into CBCL's continuity at this point; he simply doesn't.)
Cursed Bluto as Galaxy Man
Megaman as Concrete Man

Hans: Concrete Man was one of the Robot Masters in Mega Man 9, which was the theme this year. That comic was written before Mega Man 9 was even announced.

I'm saying that it's the same name, and I looked at the sprites of concrete man, which look suspiciously like a shorter, unblocky stone man. If I didn't know that you'd prove me wrong somehow, I'd say that a member of capcom staff was reading bng one day...

I will now prove you wrong. Mega Man 9, if I remember correctly, was dealt with by Inti Creates. Capcom just gave them permission with ZX(and ZXA), Zero, and 9
