Bass, momentarily distracted by Mega Man's constant jabbering, seems to have received a faceful of Tetris Man's attack.

In the last panel, Tetris Man has absorbed almost all of Mega Man's plasma shot. You don't honestly expect Bluto to not reinforce the designs just to make it easy on our two robot friends, do you?
